Our client is a leading global distributor of Network & Security Solutions and Electrical & Electronic Solutions, they are inviting a bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Sales Manager (Business Development)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a small inside sales team in meeting revenue targets, manage costs to meet bottomline deliverables and map strategic plans for mid-long term growth;
  • Aggressively prospect and drive new sales, develop new account and conduct sales calls at all levels of prospective organizations;
  • Ability to take ownership of accounts and coach teams to position, sell and implement the Company’s services and product offerings to customers;
  • Build excellent relationship with our existing communication market by establishing excellent relationships with key decision-makers of customers and suppliers. Provide clients with the infrastructure they need to support their core business;
  • Responsible to acquire new sales as well as grow sales volume;
  • Build relationships with key global security vendors to grow our security vendor base;
  • Maintain and achieve customer satisfaction in pursuit of business targets;
  • You will also be involved in account management and marketing initiatives;
  • You will be rewarded for achieving quantitative sales goals and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree qualifications;
  • At least 3-5 years experience in IP networking / CCTV surveillance system / cabling;
  • Result oriented with proven track record in sales and exceeding monthly P&L as well as successfully leading a sales team in driving and closing new business including development of accounts, analytical with ability to influence customers;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment, good organization, communications and presentation skills;
  • Technical knowledge of physical security products and experience selling to security integrators;
  • Excellent communications, presentation & interpersonal skills;
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications;
  • Candidates with existing contacts or established customer base will have added advantage;
  • Good level of proficiency in written/conversational English.
