Job Details

Our client is a leading wholesaler and distributor of electronic equipment, they are currently seeking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.

Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator (Electronic products)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for sales order processing and order management for assigned accounts
  • Prepare the sales reports and manage the sales database or system
  • Prepare quotations and invoices in the management system
  • Coordinate between internal departments and customers to ensure requirements are achieved
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales admin or related fields, experience in electronics industry is preferred
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in computer skills, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Immediate available is preferred
