Our client is a leading wholesaler and distributor of electronic equipment, they are currently seeking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.
Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator (Electronic products)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for sales order processing and order management for assigned accounts
- Prepare the sales reports and manage the sales database or system
- Prepare quotations and invoices in the management system
- Coordinate between internal departments and customers to ensure requirements are achieved
- Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales admin or related fields, experience in electronics industry is preferred
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient in computer skills, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Immediate available is preferred
