Our client is a Trading company, focus on flooring materials. They are inviting a self-motivated and bright candidate for the following vacancy:

Sales Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide sales support to sales teams.
  • Responsible for sales order processing and follow up.
  • Prepare Quotation, invoice, follow client’s payment and arrange delivery.
  • Communicate with clients and overseas suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or above.
  • 4-6 years of experiences in Sales Admin / Support / Coordinator role.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills, patient and well-organize.
  • Proficient in MS Office, English and Chinese typing.
