Sales Administrator
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide sales support to sales teams.
- Responsible for sales order processing and follow up.
- Prepare Quotation, invoice, follow client’s payment and arrange delivery.
- Communicate with clients and overseas suppliers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or above.
- 4-6 years of experiences in Sales Admin / Support / Coordinator role.
- Good command of English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills, patient and well-organize.
- Proficient in MS Office, English and Chinese typing.
