Sales Admin Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Prepare the sales reports and manage the sales database or system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide information related to sales channels.
  • Reach out relevant channels for related business information.
  • Assist in the preparation of new product launch.
  • Preform any ad hoc projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma Holder or equivalent qualifications.
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience, fresh graduate will also be considered.
  • High proficiency in Excel is a must.
  • Willing to learn, able to work under pressure and good communication skill.
  • Immediate available is preferred.
