Our client is a leading textile manufacturing company, they invite a bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:
E-Commerce Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead & manage E-commerce team (4 members) to execute and achieve the business objectives and projects.
- Fully responsible for online sales, operation, and digital marketing of company web store, marketplaces (Including Amazon, Ebay, Zalora, Lazada, etc.) development.
- Formulate and execute the online sales strategy to increase sale and brand exposures through all marketplaces and website.
- Ensure the accuracy and timelines of all product launches, marketing campaigns and other customer interaction.
- Provide leadership and guidance to evolve all marketplaces, utilizing the Marketing tools to improve product ranking and sales performance.
- Oversee & develop the paid traffic acquisition such as SEO/ PPC strategies planning, affiliate and re-targeting within the budget to drive traffic & sales.
- Analyze traffic and efficiency in e-commerce daily and optimize the website, processes, and flows.
- Analyze and optimize our store based on visitor behavior, including through A / B tests, dealing with localized UX issues, shipping and payment methods etc.
- Develop data-driven digital sales and marketing strategies (social, search, display, partnerships, marketplaces, etc.) and be responsible for implementing them.
- Fully responsible for the website development with in-house & 3rd party agencies.
- Maintain the current E-commerce infrastructure and sourcing for new solutions to improve efficiency with in-house resources and 3rd-party agencies.
- Deliver a suite of reports to the top management on measuring site performance including sales, conversion rate, traffic, etc.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to bring new insights to the company.
- Manage the team with highest integrity and efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder in E-commerce / Business / Marketing or related disciplines.
- 5 years’ relevant experience preferably in online marketing and E-commerce, Prior experience working in online marketplace (Amazon, Ebay, Zalora or Lazada).
- Hands-on experience in different aspects of e-commerce business: content creation, driving traffic, inventory management, product fulfillment, customer service, etc.
- Knowledge and experience in using WooCommerce and WordPress.
- Experience in Google Analytics, Adword, SEM, and SEO is highly preferred.
- Experience in setting up E-commerce business infrastructure is a plus.
- Proven track record in using digital marketing method to increase sales and exposure of brand products.
- Fluent in spoken and written in English and Chinese.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, creative mindset, strategic business thinker.
- Detail oriented and a “can-do” attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using data to drive decisions; comfort with Microsoft Excel/spreadsheets and doing analysis.
