Banking Clerk(s)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide clerical and secretarial support including arrangement of meetings, logistics support, data entry and filing, etc
  • To provide support in the preparation of reports including drawing of charts and tables
  • To perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

  • Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (‘Syllabus B’ before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in HKCEE, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in HKDSE
  • 1 year relevant experience
  • Well versed in (MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good in English & Putonghua is required
